Capture

Define your organization’s capture questions in settings

Users with permission can customize your organization’s capture questions in settings. These questions will appear in every opportunity’s Capture module, ensuring your team consistently gathers the same critical intelligence across all pursuits.

Fill out capture intelligence for each opportunity

For each opportunity, create a Capture module from the opportunity’s home page (select Start Workflow → Capture). From the Capture module, answer your organization's capture questions to document critical intelligence. This information is saved to the opportunity and can be referenced by GovEagle's AI agent and anyone working on the proposal.

By capturing this information upfront, you ensure:

• Team alignment - Everyone understands your competitive positioning and strategy

• AI-powered proposals - GovEagle references your capture intelligence when drafting responses

• Knowledge continuity - New team members can quickly get up to speed on the opportunity

Win Strategy

Use win strategies to define key differentiators and competitive advantages. GovEagle will persist your strategies throughout the lifetime of the opportunity, incorporate them into your proposal content, and evaluate how effectively you've addressed them during review.

Creating Win Strategies

1. From an opportunity, select Start Workflow then create a Capture module

2. Click on Win Strategy in the left panel

3. Click Add Strategy to add and save new strategies

How GovEagle uses Win Strategies

Once win strategies are saved to an opportunity, they are kept in context throughout the proposal workflow.

In chat

• Win strategies will be automatically incorporated (when relevant) when GovEagle drafts proposal content

• You can ask the agent for ways to incorporate win strategies into a proposal section you are working on

• You can ask the agent to review content against win strategies

In the web app

In the Proposal Review module, proposal documents can be reviewed against each win strategy. In the review, for each win strategy, GovEagle will:

1. Score how effectively the win strategy is used throughout the proposal

2. Identify the places in the proposal where the win strategy is utilized

3. Identify gaps where utilization of the win strategy can be strengthened
