Opportunity stages are used to organize and note the state of each opportunity as it progresses through the proposal process. Default statuses are:
Capture
Drafting
Review
Finalization
Won
Lost
Archived
Admins can customize stages to fit your company’s workflow:
Access Settings from your user profile menu at the bottom of the left panel
Select the Opportunity Stages tab
Create, edit, delete, and reorder the stages on this page
